We have an easy and quick cauliflower pakoda recipe, not that you have never made it. But we've given a slight twist to the same recipe. In a large deep vessel, boil water with salt. Break the cauliflower in medium sized florets and add them to the boiling water. Let the florets be immersed in that water for about 10 minutes (without heat). Drain, dry the florets, and season with red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste. In a separate bowl, make a smooth batter with the besan, pinch of hing and baking powder, salt to taste and water. Coat each floret with the batter and fry till the pakoras are crisp and golden evenly, serve hot with coriander chutney.
